This air conditioned home has an open concept living, kitchen and dining area with three bedrooms, 2 Baths. There is a large back deck area that has outdoor dining furniture, lounge chairs and BBQ.  Just a block and a half from the beach, making it a great location. Kismet is a family-oriented Fire Island community. The Kismet community consists of 2 restaurants, a small grocery, marina, and public playground with tennis courts. All Kismet rentals are available for viewing in the off-season.
